If you are anything like me then you hadn't ever considered a career in recruitment. However, 15 years down the line, here I am in a multi-billion pound industry, within a company that is currently experiencing exceptional success and which has very ambitious growth plans. In order to achieve these growth plans, we need great people around us, which is why we are currently looking to recruit 3 Trainee Recruitment Consultants. All will receive full academy training from both internal and external sources, a base salary with a clear pathway to improve this quickly and an uncapped commission structure.

Our specialist sectors are food, fresh produce, agriculture and horticulture and these sectors are currently flourishing! In all honesty, they never really dipped even during the dreaded Lockdown #1. The world will always need to eat!

We are now 21 years old and have a fantastic brand within the industry and our biggest strength is our people, hence the reason we continue to invest in them. Whether that be in NVQ's and other further education, our annual company conference (this year we were in Leeds) or a range of incentives and team days. This year alone we have been on Land Rover Experience Day, Corporate Horse Racing, had multiple lunches at some of the best restaurants in the area and cocktails at The Wine Bar (we like to support local businesses you see).

We are looking for commercially minded people, who have bags of enthusiasm, who are naturally extroverted and who want to run their own recruitment desk like their own business. This will all be under the guidance of a management team who boast over 60 years of recruitment experience. A strong work ethic is required, as is the desire to learn and to go far in what is the best industry in the world (in our unbiased opinion). Literally the only con I think of is Guy Moreton's poor jokes, and, frankly, after a while, you do get used to them.
